DIRECTIONS TO OUR FACILITY
We are located in Carriage Square Plaza between Carvel Ice Cream and Jesus Book Store

From Parkway North or South

• Exit 105 (Eatontown / Long Branch) – Route 36
• Continue on Route 36 for 3.0 miles – just passed the Home Depot Plaza
• Make a slight right before the Monmouth Road light & pull into Carriage Square Plaza

• Route 18 North to Exit 12A (towards Oakhurst)
• Merge onto to West Park Avenue – continue to the end of the road
  (approximately 2.7 miles)
• Make a left onto Monmouth Road
• Continue on Monmouth Road by making a left at the next light
• Continue for approximately 1 mile and make a left into Carriage Square Plaza

• Route 18 South to Exit 13BA (towards Eatontown / Long Branch)
• Merge onto to Route 36 East
• Continue on Route 36 for approximately 2.5 miles – just passed the Home Depot Plaza
• Make a slight right before the Monmouth Road light & pull into Carriage Square Plaza

• Take Route 35 South to Route 36 (Eatontown – near Monmouth Mall)
• Cross over the Route 36 light and bare right taking the jug handle for Route 36 East.
• Continue approximately 2 miles – just pass the Home Depot Plaza.
• Make a slight right before the Monmouth Road light & pull into Carriage Square Plaza

• Take Route 35 North and follow signs for Route 36 East
• Bare to the right and merge onto Route 36.
• Continue approximately 2 miles – just pass the Home Depot Plaza.
• Make a slight right before the Monmouth Road light & pull into Carriage Square Plaza
